A pre-conference event will be held on Tuesday 14th February 2023 for students and early career researchers.  The event will provide an opportunity for participants to meet and form connections prior to the commencement of the conference.

The Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday 14th February 2023.  The reception will be the first opportunity for delegates to come together to connect or re-connect.  The evening will showcase local Tasmanian food & refreshments.

The Poster Reception will be held on Wednesday 15th February 2023.  The reception will provide delegates with an opportunity to view the ePostes, speak to poster authors and network with delegates.

Please note ePosters will be on display for the duration of the conference.

The Conference Dinner will be held on Thursday 16th February 2023.  The Dinner will be the social highlight and celebration of the conference and is being held at one of Hobart’s newest and iconic venues, In The Hanging Garden.  The Dinner has been designed for networking and will feature produce from local suppliers, served as canapes, grazing stations and from chefs at interactive cooking stations.
